Last Sunday my apartment unfortunately got flooded. I contacted 2 other service providers but all they cared about was charging me a lot of money. When I contacted the Squeaky Clean Team, Richard was incredibly helpful and to the point with the different options they provide, and what would be best for my situation. Easing my panic. He came by really quickly to inspect the situation and went to work straight away, he even gave me an awesome discount! it took 5 days to completely dry and reseat the carpets but all worth the professionalism that Richard and his team brought. Had Richard and Chris help out after washing machine leak that flooded my carpet. While I was getting very expensive quotes elsewhere, I called up The Squeaky Clean Team and they came back with a much more reasonable price as well as walking through multiple options (and subsequent costs) for potential solutions to the issue. Richard took my phone call quite late at night and was very supportive & calming after I was quite stressed, then made sure to come immediately the following day.  Overall they are very honest and skilled guys, with the right solutions, reasonable prices and very easy to communicate with. Called asking about carpet drying after a washing machine flood incident  soaked my bedroom! A lovely and very helpful man who to my very pleasant surprise seemed to know exactly my situation picked up! He guided me through all my options-including the machines I would need to hire to do the job myself, and how to position them- this also included telling me how to pull up the carpet and offering to look at photos!!! Called Richard on Monday night with a flooded washing machine, he talked me through the process over the phone and offered advice and options purely to help me. The next day the Squeaky Clean Team were at our house fixing our partially flooded house. Communication was clear and problem solved and carpets even steam cleaned for a reasonable price! I accidentally left the bathtub running, which flooded the bathroom and part of the hallway carpet on the second floor. This, unfortunately, caused a leak in the ceiling on the first floor. Needless to say, I was in a panic! Thankfully, I randomly found the (amazing) Squeaky Clean Team on Google, and they literally saved the day. I called them around 11 PM on a Sunday night, and by 8 AM Monday morning, they were already at my home addressing the issue. Richard, an absolute superstar, reassured me and thoroughly explained the situation and the steps needed to resolve it. We had to leave the large dryers running for two days to properly dry the carpet and ceiling. Chris (another team superstar) came back the following day to ensure everything was working as expected and returned on the last day to remove the dryers and reinstall the carpet. I had a huge water leak after moving into my apartment when the removalists misconnected my washing machine. Richard immediately came to the rescue and repaired all the damage which included drying up the wooden floorboards and carpet of my apartment, my neighbours and the common area. Throughout the process Richard lifted a huge amount of stress and anxiety off my shoulders by not only repairing the damage that was done but helping me resolve this matter with body corporate and VCAT. Through Richards recommendation to take this matter to VCAT I have now managed to win and settle my case. Throughout the 4 months post the floorboard and carpet drying Richard was there throughout the whole process to provide advice and support as it was my first time applying to the tribunal and I would not have been able to win my settlement without his expertise and knowledge. Carpet Cleaning Melbourne one of the best! We hd a flooded carpet in front of our washing machine last night at 10pm.  We just googled for a 24/7 service and Carpet Cleaning Melbourne popped up. These guys are truly skilled professionals. Outstanding work, very knowledgeable and experts at their job. Very friendly, personal and you can tell they care about fixing your home. My wife and I woke up to one of our rooms being completely flooded with water by a bidet in the ensuite that wasn't fully closed. It's a horrible feeling. Thankfully we found Richard online, called him and he arrived within the hour. He and Stuart were absolute professionals and did an excellent job at drying and restoring the carpet. Richard even gave us one extra turbo dryer on top of his usual equipment without charging us any extra. His guy Billy fixed the underlay and carpet.
