- Day One: Over 350m² of water was extracted, with initial humidity readings at 70%. We deployed 7 dehumidifiers and 13 air movers.
- Day Two to Day Four: Monitoring continued daily as additional equipment—12 dehumidifiers and 30 air movers—was installed to accelerate drying. Humidity steadily dropped to 40%.
- Day Six: Damaged carpet tiles were removed and disposed of, ensuring the subfloor was prepared for complete drying.
- Day Seven: Final monitoring confirmed drying progress, and the property was prepped for new floor tile installation.

2017 Incident – Broken Pipe Flooding
In June 2017, a broken pipe in the third-floor toilets caused significant flooding across three floors. Water cascaded through ceilings, causing both content and structural damage. A dedicated team of seven specialists worked tirelessly to:
